The general terms and conditions of sale are valid between the customers of Rosita.ee (hereinafter: Customer) and BRT. NUTRITION OÜ, the owner of Rosita.ee (hereinafter: Rosita.ee).
The general terms and conditions of sale are in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia. The product information, pricelist and purchase information on Rosita.ee are used as a basis.
Merchant is responsible for processing clients data and he shares with Eurokeeper OÜ only information that is related to transactions
Changes to the sale terms and price list shall come into force when published on Rosita.ee. In case the Customer has submitted his or her order before the changes came into effect, the previous ordering terms apply for the Customer, unless otherwise provided by law or in the terms and conditions of sale.
By submitting an order in the Rosita.ee store, the Customer confirms that he or she is familiar with the terms and conditions of sale and agrees to them.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store. If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

You can pay either by bank transfer or using a bank link.
Using the bank link, our partner is PaySera, which supports all of Estonia’s largest banks. You can conveniently choose your bank name and make a payment.
Prices of all products sold in the Rosita.ee web shop include 20% VAT, are presented in euros and include shipping costs. The Customer may select the suitable postal service provider when making the purchase.
Transport and delivery
Delivery time within Estonia is 2-3 days on business days.
Lithuania, Latvia, Finland 4-5 days.

Delivery methods: Omniva parcel machines, Smartpost parcel machines, Omniva post
In case the goods do not satisfy the Customer’s expectations, the Customer is entitled to return them within 14 days after the receipt of the goods. In such a case, the customer shall cover the postage costs. The returned product must be undamaged, in its original packaging and unused. The money is returned to the Customer within 14 days after the return of the goods to our warehouse.
Matters not regulated under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and legal acts regulating relations between parties.
